Before you pay

When should I pay?

When Harrison asks you to. If you’re paying upfront, pay here once the work is agreed, or while he’s working with you. There is no charge for an enquiry.

Can I pay by invoice instead?

Yes. Harrison can send you an invoice with a link to pay online. One-off work is due on completion unless agreed otherwise.

What if the job takes more than an hour?

The first hour is the minimum. Extra time is charged in 30-minute steps, and Harrison will tell you before going over the time you’ve paid for.

Is it safe to pay here?

Yes. The payment is taken by Stripe, which handles card payments for millions of businesses. Your card details go straight to Stripe and WITS never sees them.

Will I get a receipt?

Yes. Stripe emails a receipt to the address you give on the payment page.

Is VAT added?

No. WITS isn’t VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay.
